Heritage 1 Committee

Heritage 1 is a committee of income-property owners, real estate developers and affiliated businesses in Centre County, PA. The committee's mission is to keep abreast of local legislative activity and assist officials in making sound decisions on matters affecting the quality and value of real estate. Top priorities include:

Land development and zoning in the Centre Region and adjoining municipalities
Municipal infrastructure in the Centre Region; Spring, Benner and Walker Townships; and Bellefonte Borough
Local building codes
A viable Downtown State College
