Flu season is on the way and it is time to start planning.  We would like to offer you the opportunity to register now to participate in Centre HomeCare’s Community Flu Immunization Program for 2010.

Centre HomeCare continues to be a reliable and dedicated source for providing the flu vaccine to the community. As always, we will provide the highest level of professionalism and diligence, and hope that you will join us this season.

Influenza costs thousands of dollars each year in medical costs and productivity. The flu vaccine is the single most effective means for preventing infection and reducing flu-related illness. It has been proven to reduce the number of cases of flu in community populations, and can save dollars in the cost of medical care.

The 2009 flu season brought with it many new challenges, first the outbreak of the H1N1 virus and then the vaccine shortages. We recognize that planning and scheduling early is of the utmost importance. 

The cost of the vaccination is $ 28.00 per person, which will be the responsibility of the person or in some cases, health insurance.  A list of insurances that we can bill is available upon request.
