CPR and First Aid Training For Your Employees Just Got Easier!

Centre LifeLink EMS is now offering skills checks to compliment The American Heart Association’s online training opportunities. Employees can complete the classroom and testing portion of certification programs online and then stop by the Centre LifeLink EMS training center for a skills check for final certification. No more taking hours out of the workday and closing your business while staff attends training.
Here’s how it works: Just go to www.onlineaha.org and select a course from the course catalog. Complete the online course and test and print the Certificate of Completion. Schedule a skills check with our office and bring your certificate with you to our training center at 125 Puddintown Road in State College.
Skills checks are available at Centre LifeLink EMS for the following AHA online courses:
• Heartsaver® CPR & AED Online part 1 for the workplace (2 year certification);
• Heartsaver® First Aid Online part 1 for the workplace (3 year certification);
• Heartsaver® First Aid Online with CPR & AED part 1, a combination course;
• HeartCode™ ACLS part 1 for health care professionals (2 year certification); and
• BLS for Healthcare Providers Online part 1 for EMTs and health care professionals (2 year certification).
There is a skills check fee in addition to the American Heart Association course fee to cover our instructor time, supplies, and equipment maintenance. For your convenience we can also schedule skills checks at your worksite where you can rotate employees through the skills check station. Dates and times can be scheduled by calling us at 814-237-0774 or email treagan@centrelifelink.com.
