Sales is way more than “tactics or moves”. Selling today is about connecting with people. Studies show that today’s buyer wants to pursue their buying as far as possible with out meeting with a salesperson; up 13 percent since just 2009! So, sales professionals need to bring value into every sales interaction and that does not happen with out the skill or using Emotional Intelligence at every step.

We’ll cover:
  • What are the components of Emotional Intelligence?
  • What is the proper “Sales Empathy” and how too much leads to price discounting and put-offs
  • What do buyers do to try to get us emotionally involved?
  • Why is Self-Awareness and Self-Control the key?
  • •What “filters” do you bring to the call that cause you to miss connecting with your prospect?

For those who register, we’ll make available our Emotional Quotient Assessment – this will allow you to understand where you are strong and possible Emotional Intelligence Blind Spots that can kill you.

This program is free to Chamber members.
