Are you a commercial property owner or a developer with construction plans? Are you a commercial lender, senior credit officer, or economic development officer interested in green financing? Or, are you an architect, energy engineer, or facility manager planning significant building improvements? If so, you are invited to learn about Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) on Monday, October 3rd at 4 p.m. at Big Spring Spirits in Bellefonte, PA.
C-PACE is a financial tool that helps property owners with low-cost, long-term financing for energy-efficient equipment, renewable energy, air quality and water conservation projects. Designed to improve building performance and create jobs in the green economy, C-PACE is a national program enacted in Pennsylvania in 2020 and administered locally through Centre County and the Sustainable Energy Fund.
The event will cover:
  • What is C-PACE financing and who is eligible
  • What kind of projects can be financed with C-PACE
  • How C-PACE Works
  • How Energy efficiency upgrades in commercial properties can impact your bottom line
  • A business example by Big Springs Spirits VP of Retail Operations on a Pittsburgh building project
