Greg Wolf of Agua Vivir cuts the CBICC ribbon at the business' new location, 538 E. College Ave. in State College, surrounded by team members Ashley Wagner, Liz Holtzinger, and Mike Bates, as well as Joe Gaetano of Hartman Group and a CBICC Ambassador.

State College, PA
 - While driving out of downtown State College along Beaver Avenue, attentive observers may have noticed some recently painted blue circles on the windows of the building at the corner where Beaver and College Avenues reconnect. These intriguing circles, painted in various sizes and shades, belong to Agua Vivir, a new business that recently opened at 538 East College Avenue in State College.

During a CBICC Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Greg Wolf cut the ceremonial ribbon, introduced his team at Agua Vivir, and explained a bit about this new business.

"After 40 years in the healthcare industry, I'm back at it again," explained Wolf. "Until now people interested in maximizing their personal health and well-being had to travel to large cities to receive the benefits of IV infusion therapy. The 2,000 square foot Agua Vivir lounge brings local residents and students access to first-class hydration therapies right here in their own backyard."

There is a menu of services, with each IV infusion drip taking an average of 45 minutes. Supplemental "bangers" and "boosters" can be added to infusions.

"The popular additives this time of year when people tend to get sick are probably Zinc and vitamin C," noted Wolf.

Clients range in age, gender, and health objective.

"Agua Vivir helps people achieve their wellness objectives with specific treatments that enhance workout performance and recovery, immunity, energy, vitality, cognitive function, hydration - even the glow of their skin," Wolf said. "Specific Agua Vivir IV's and intramuscular injections can also help with headaches, fatigue, PMS, dehydration, and overall well-being."

Already, services are expanding.

"With our family nurse practitioner on board, we're going to begin doing two different treatments: Botox and dermal fillers," added Wolf.

After utilizing the metered parking in front of the RISE Building or free parking inside the RISE garage (accessed from Calder Alley), opening the doors to Agua Vivir is akin to walking into a spa. Designed by Fernsler Hutchinson Architecture, the space is open, yet warm. The finishes include a textured wood wall, glass light fixtures, and a fireplace that glows with fuchsia rocks.

"If you want to have a staff retreat or bachelorette party, we can accommodate group settings," added Liz Holtzinger.
