State College, PA - Surrounded by family and coworkers, Kayla Borgess cut the ribbon at Helping Hands Home Health's newest location at 212 S. Allen St, Ste. 208 in downtown State College.
"We are excited to celebrate our third location's grand opening," explained Borgess, the founder, CEO, and LPN.
Borgess' award-winning company has opened other locations in Bloomsburg and Williamsport, allowing her team to serve clients throughout Central Pennsylvania.
"We enjoy assisting the community with their home health care needs," Borgess added. "Our mission is to provide safe care by lending a helping hand. We try to keep the same aide with the same client for all of the visits."
Helping Hands Home Health, a privately-owned company, is accepting applications for its growing team, which provides a variety of services.
"We offer companionship, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and errand running - among other things, " expanded Borgess.
A third generation health care service provider, Borgess' commitment to care began with her grandmother who converted Woolrich Elementary School into a personal care home. As a LPN for over ten years, Borgess and her team work tirelessly to keep clients comfortable in their own homes.
