Paul Kensinger cuts the ribbon as his partner, Austin Gurner (in hat to his left) and Brandon Schuster (to his right) hold the ribbon. Their wives, friends, CBICC members, and broader business community members stood behind them in support and celebration of Labor Solutions LLC's grand opening at their new downtown Bellefonte location: 221 W. High St, Ste. 200.

Bellefonte, PA - It was all smiles as partners Austin Gurner and Paul Kensinger cut the ribbon at their new business Labor Solutions LLC, located at 221 West High Street, Suite 200, in downtown Bellefonte. The grand opening lasted all day, with tasty treats for guests, including drinks from Axemann Brewery!

"We are excited to celebrate our Grand Opening and to introduce affordable and reliable staffing solutions to local businesses, noted Gurner. "We know that finding labor can be difficult, so we are excited to give businesses a chance to learn more about how they can bring on competent and well-suited workers quickly and easily."

As contractors with their own businesses, they each realized the growing need for laborers in the community. Even beyond contracting, businesses in the retail and hospitality sectors are also experiencing difficulties in finding enough workers to remain fully staffed.

Gurner takes pride in matching local talent with local business owners. For example, a recent match was made with a gentleman who wanted to work close to home and the Centre Hall Farm Store, which needed a strong and reliable worker. The match was a success and the man now has a local job that is now full-time!

After a 30-year career in corrections, Kensinger has a passion for giving people a second-chance. In order to keep prisoners from returning to a life behind bars, Kensinger is committed to teaching them the skills they need to build a life as a productive member of the community. By working with both work-release, low-risk prisoners and also those working to overcome addiction, he and Labor Solutions are boosting both their confidence and the local economy.

"Unlike other employment agencies, we seek to develop and place competent, reliable workers at businesses that require unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled labor, explained Kensinger. "We work to ensure that our workers have the appropriate skills and qualifications to be a successful fit at their job, often providing them training or job assistance. By investing in our workers, Labor Solutions LLC can provide new career opportunities for tradespeople, recent graduates, and other locals, as well as affordable staffing solutions for businesses."

Whether you are looking for an extra hand, a new team member, or have a large job to staff up for, Labor Solutions LLC is ready to partner with you. Brandon Schuster mans the office and can be reached at (814) 357-5592, via email at
