CBICC Members,
The search for our new CEO is progressing well. The Search Committee has been meeting regularly and working with Waverly Partners, the executive recruitment firm engaged to assist in this search.
Waverly has identified a list of potential candidates, whom the committee has reviewed and will soon interview. We anticipate these initial interviews (via Zoom) to take place in the next several weeks.
The committee will then determine the individuals/finalists who will participate in further interviews during the month of August. With this timeline, we anticipate potentially having our new CEO on board by early 4th quarter of 2021.
