Guests recently helped celebrate the grand opening of the Washington Centre, located at 366 Walker Drive in State College.

“We are excited to bring this high quality, energy efficient office building to the State College community,” said Tom Songer, Managing Partner for the Washington Centre and Owner of the Torron Group.  “Washington Centre not only serves as our company’s new headquarters, but is also home to Sensor Network Inc.’s headquarters – and could be the new home of your business too!  We want to thank College Township, the Centre County Commissioners, Kish Bank, the CBICC, and many others for assisting us in bringing this project to fruition.”

Offering three floors consisting of over 45,000 square feet of Class A office space, the building is located in close proximity to the Mount Nittany Expressway, I-99, downtown State College, and the Pennsylvania State University.

“It’s important to have high quality office space available in our inventory,” said Vern Squier, President & CEO of the Chamber of Industry & Business of Centre County (CBICC). “With its easily accessible location, this high profile building of Class A office space will serve its current and future businesses well.”

Renovations have recently been completed in 30,000 square feet of the building by Veronesi Building & Remodeling, Inc.  The third floor, consisting of 15,000 square feet that can be subdivided into suites, will be built out according to a tenant’s needs.
