No other field is as simultaneously important and misunderstood as sales. Unfortunately, managers and salespeople often search for success in sales myths that don't always improve sales performance.
In this seminar, Russ Brooks and Arnie Tilden will provide a clear-cut path to successful selling by debunking mythology and replacing the myths with a proven sales system of strategy, structure and people. Strategy defines the system and solution, yet without a sound structure managed by the right people, all strategies will fall short.

About the presenters:
Russ Brooks has enjoyed a long career as a banking executive e, CEO of a financial institution and management consultant. A graduate of Penn State University he served many years as an instructor specializing in sales and salesforce management for Penn State's Smeal College of Business
Arnie Tilden draws from a global perspective having worked with clients in Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East. He has also worked with regional clients like AccuWeather, Best Line Equipment, CDT, First National Bank, Gettysburg College, Kish Bank, RKL CPAs, L.R. Webber, Minitab, Mount Nittany Health, Penn State Development and Ward Trucking. Tilden holds a doctorate in educational psychology from Temple University.
