An important message for employers about CentreREADY
Centre County's five public school districts and two career and technical training institutions will soon recognize the first group of CentreREADY designees -- students who have been assessed by their educational institution as proficient in the six core workforce skills local employer across industry sectors say are essential to business growth and success.
During these informal CentreREADY Breakfast Briefings, the CBICC will outline the action steps for employers and how the business community can best support the initiative and ensure its success for the long term.
The briefings will be held from 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at the CBICC offices, 131 S. Fraser St., Suite 1 in State College. Space is available on a first-come basis, and is limited to 30 for each session. Coffee and pastries will be provided.

2019-20 Guide to centre county now available!
The 2019-20 official Guide to Centre County, published in partnership with Barash Media, is now in print.
The Guide is available at strategic locations throughout the county, including the Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau Visitor Center and county hotels, and is utilized by realtors, the university, and more as resource for visitors, new residents, students, etc.
