The Centre County Spring Job Fair brings together employers from across the region and job seekers of all experience levels for the biggest recruitment event in Centre County. In 2025, the event attracted almost 300 job seekers and over 80 area employers, resulting in over 120 interviews and at least 75 job placements.

Hosted by the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County and PA CareerLink® Centre County in partnership with the Borough of State College and Centre County Government, this annual event is designed to strengthen our workforce, help businesses recruit top talent, and create an environment for job seekers to find their next opportunity.
