Tom Penkala

Tom plays a pivotal role in coordinating and administering Chamber programs and events, including our signature events, such as the annual golf outing, leadership symposium and annual celebration. He also assists in the planning and production of the Voice of Business Luncheon series.

Tom is a seasoned event planner and meeting coordinator, having spent 30 years working in Housing and Food Services, Donor Relations and Special Events for Penn State. Most recently, he served as an Associate Director for the Board of Trustees in the Office of the President.

A longtime Centre County resident, Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food Service and Hotel Administration from Penn State University.

He resides in State College with his wife, Kate.
